For example, if this is an inquiry about his availability to work at an event, important things to include would be the date/s and times of the event, the location (Jay lives in Leicester, UK, but regularly travels nationally and internationally for work), the kind of work you are expecting (speaking / workshops / you're not sure just yet), and an idea of the kind of fee you are able to provide. Please note that though Jay does have a quota of sermons and other free work he offers each year to charitable causes, he is generally unable to work for free.
